During my time at LTK, I collaborated closely with product, engineering, and research teams to successfully launch and rapidly refine LTK's innovative self-service SaaS platform, LTK Connect. As a member of the Brand Platform team, I engaged with stakeholders and leaders, conducting weekly stakeholder reviews to secure buy-in throughout the organization. Working alongside data science teams, we launched cutting-edge data visualization dashboards and implemented AI and machine learning to enhance search functionality. I also spent time mentoring designers, aiding them in navigating our dynamic environment more effectively. helping them improve communication with stakeholders and fostering influence among peers and leaders. I produced hundreds of Figma prototypes, high-fidelity design files, slide decks, participated in user testing, sprint planning, and design critiques. I also held a leadership role developing the company's design system, unifying all platforms across three business units. This involved collaborating with a diverse group of over 75 engineers and designers from across these units to ensure consistency and efficiency.
