Building a Creator-led marketplace
From 2022-2023, I worked as a Staff Product Designer for the rapidly-growing startup, LTK (formerly rewardstyle & liketoknow.it).
Throughout my time at LTK, I had the privilege of working on their new brand platform to connect brands to influencers. I worked within a squad structure to deliver product design initiatives. Here are a few bullet points of my time there:
Helped lead design for the brand team, playing a key role in building out their new self-service platform
Contributed to a squad to deliver research-driven product design initiatives with User Experience testing and research leading our decision-making
Produced Figma prototypes, high-fidelity design files, and slide decks for weekly stakeholder approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Played a key role in the evolution of the company’s design system for all platforms across three business units, collaborating with over 75 engineers and designers from every product team across the organization.
